At Renew East London we design, install, and maintain gardens in the London area; we love reclaiming forgotten spaces and transforming them into beautiful places people can relax and play.
We are a not-for-profit community interest company, and as well as transforming outside spaces, we also help transform lives, by hiring individuals who are dealing with challenges of homelessness, and mental health, or have had difficulty in securing meaningful, sustainable, work. We train and employ people from the margins, and just like the gardens we build, want to see their true potential shine through.
In every design we want to manifest the Clients vision; taking into consideration detail; sun/shade, pedestrian desire lines, views and vantage points; carefully considering material choices in keeping to budget, build and maintaining stunning gardens and spaces that last the test of time.
We are passionate about creating and maintaining beautiful green spaces for people's enjoyment within dense urban environments–encouraging biodiversity in flora and fauna, working with nature to make our gardens as sustainable and eco-friendly as possible, as well as being an agent of change in the lives of those we work with.
