The proposals for our first project on Medway Road were drawn together following a consultation with the family in late 2018.  Two options were presented and a preferred design agreed on.  Rachel then prepared the quote for the works and installation of Phase One began in September 2019.  This included a raised bench with storage beneath, raised planters, and a bike store was installed to replace a lean-to adjacent to the home. RenewEL then returned in 2020 to install Phase Two of the works including removing the existing grass and install a stone patio for the family to enjoy evening entertaining on the external terrace.
